Length Matters Most
A longer password is exponentially harder to crack. Every additional character multiplies the number of possible combinations. Aim for at least 16 characters for sensitive accounts.

Use All Character Types
Mix uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to maximize the character set size. A password using only lowercase letters (26 characters) is far weaker than one using all 95 printable ASCII characters.
